22 kwietnia setki milionów ludzi na całym świecie świętuje Dzień Ziemi. Idea troski o niebieską planetę łączy ludzi niezależnie od narodowości, wyznania, zawodu, wieku czy innych kategorii różnicujących. Obecnie jest to największe ekologiczne święto świata, organizowane w 192 krajach – od Singapuru do Rzymu… od Alaski po Australię.
Dzień Ziemi to doskonała okazja do organizowania różnego rodzaju wydarzeń promujących ekologię, w tym akcje zbierania śmieci oraz sadzenia drzew. Jest to również szansa na poprawę świadomości dotyczącej efektów niszczenia środowiska naturalnego, do których zaliczyć można zanieczyszczenie powietrza, wody, czy globalne ocieplenie. Jako społeczność szkolna również wzięliśmy udział w tych ważnych wydarzeniach.
Ty-Dzień Ziemi w szkole obchodziliśmy w tym roku szkolnym pod hasłem: ,,Zainwestuj w naszą planetę”. Wspólnie uczestniczyliśmy w Szkolnym Turniej Ekologicznym dla klas V – VIII w dniach 20 – 26. 04. 2022r. Podczas Eko-Tygodnia uczniowie byli uczestnikami wielu aktywności i tym samym promowali postawę proekologiczną.
– Kl. V – mój własny las w słoiku zwany „ekosystemem w szkle”.
– Kl. VI – laporello dotyczące gatunku zagrożonego wyginięciem z królestwa zwierząt.
– Kl. VII – lapbook na temat: „Wiem, co jem”, „Zdrowie w mojej głowie”, „Używkom – nie!” lub „Trzymaj formę”.
– Kl. VIII – grę planszową/karcianą o wpływie człowieka na różnorodność biologiczną, racjonalnym gospodarowaniu zasobami przyrody lub sposobach ochrony przyrody.
Wśród tylu wykonanych prac konkursowych trudno było wytypować zwycięzców. Każda praca konkursowa była wyjątkowa i zasługiwała na nagrodę. Sponsor nagród firma Formaster S.A przekazała na ten cel 20 butelek filtrujących Dafi w wersji limitwanej ze specjalnym ekologicznym logo, za co serdecznie dziękujęmy. Prace uczniów zrobiły na nas wszystkich tak duże wrażenie, że postanowiliśmy wyróżnić wszystkich, przekazując dyplomy oraz jajko niespodziankę dla każdego ucznia a nagrody od sponsora przekazać uczniom na drodze losowania. Prace artystyczne chętnych uczniów klas V „lasy w słoiku” zostały przekazane na cel charytatywny – pomoc Ukrainie.
Podsumowanie Eko-Tygodnia odbyło się 26 kwietnia w hali sportowej, zgromadzeni uczniowie klas V-VII dopingowali swoich kolegów i koleżanki, którzy rywalizowali ze sobą w konkurencjach sportowo-ekologicznych o nagrodę główną – puchar klasy ekologicznej. Uroczystość poprowadzili uczniowie: Aleksandra Ciszek i Bruno Sornat, a całej zabawie przyglądała się pani dyrektor Urszula Wróblewska oraz pani wicedyrektor Maria Sarnat. Nad prawidłowym przebiegiem zawodów czuwała komisja w składzie: pani Magdalena Kwiatkowska, pani Magdalena Zapała oraz pan Paweł Sieczka. Uczniowie zmagali się z takimi konkurencjami jak: skok biodegradowalny, eko-wieża, wyścig pokoju w kapsle, biochemiczny kosz. Po podliczeniu punktów pani dyrektor Urszula Wróblewska przekazała puchar klasy ekologicznej, voucher na dzień na wycieczkę oraz słodkości zwycięskiej klasie VIIb, która zdobyła największą ilość punktów w tych zmaganiach. II miejsce i voucher na dzień bez pytania przypadł klasie Va, III miejsce i voucher na godzinę bez pytania otrzymała klasa VIIc.
Mamy nadzieję, że ten wspólnie spędzony czas przyniesie wszystkim wiele korzyści i uświadomi nam, co w życiu jest naprawdę ważne! Żyjemy na planecie, od której zależy nasze zdrowie, tak jak jej zdrowie zależy od nas. Dbajmy o naszą Matkę Ziemię, jesteśmy jej częścią, jesteśmy za nią odpowiedzialni!
